When individuals commit grave atrocities while making significant efforts to avoid public exposure, it suggests an attempt to evade accountability rather than face the consequences of their actions.

Those who seek secrecy often do so because they understand that their actions would likely attract widespread public condemnation if exposed. Concealing wrongdoing is not a sign of strength or justification but indicate an awareness of the seriousness of the accusations.

No matter how carefully misconduct is concealed, the possibility of it being uncovered remains, and the suffering experienced by victims cannot be erased.

According to Apostle Ezekiel Daniel, the situation in parts of Niger Delta has deteriorated to the point where Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, has built a loyal network of supporters. Daniel alleges that these individuals continue to defend him publicly despite claims that he has been responsible for the kidnapping and deaths of members of the society.

Daniel also referenced a recent joint press statement published in The Punch newspaper, which was signed by Comrade Awipi Lawson, Ambassador Timi Coleman, Comrade Ellington Bakumo, Barrister Jeff Oromoni, Comrade Sokoto Dennis Binikoribofa, Comrade Timi Julius Iqbiriki, Comrade Moses Omare, Comrade Darikoro E. Darikoro, Comrade Raphael, and Aruwei Keme Aleloya Keme.

According to Daniel, the statement, which defended Tompolo and his company, Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, by denying allegations that it operates a private detention facility, is entirely false.

Apostle Ezekiel Daniel insists that every statement he has made against Tompolo is accurate and says he is prepared to defend his claims before a court of law. He alleges that illegal private detention facilities, kidnappings, severe torture, and killings are taking place in Oporoza, Gbaramatu Kingdom, under Tompolo's direct supervision.

Daniel maintains that his accusation are based on firsthand knowledge rather than hearsay, claiming that he personally witnessed victims being tortured by Ekomieyefa Uduboh and Super Ebilade.

He further claimed that the victims were subsequently taken to a private detention facility, where they were held for periods ranging from days and weeks to months or even years, adding that some survivors are still alive and able to recount their experiences.

Among the cases cited by Daniel are the claim abductions of Charles Korubo and Balamene Karowei. He maintained they were taken to Oporoza Town and that Bodmas Kemepadei was part to the kidnapped operation.

Regarding Mr. Tunde Tamara-Ebikemiyan, who previously denied being abducted in a public statement, Daniel claimed that he was compelled to publish the statement on Facebook and later remove it.

Daniel also claims to possess evidence that samson was kidnapped on Tompolo's instructions. He says the evidence will be presented before a competent court.

In a direct challenge, Apostle Ezekiel Daniel called on Tompolo, Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, and those who published the response in The Punch newspaper to institute legal proceedings against him if they believe his allegations are false.

Daniel described Tompolo as "the most wicked man in the Ijaw nation," accusing him of committing crimes against humanity while relying on vulnerable and unemployed youths to defend his public image whenever accusations against him emerge.

He further stated that petitions containing allegations of kidnapping, illegal detention, human trafficking, forced labour, and murder are currently circulating within the international community.

Daniel warned that if the Nigerian government fails to investigate the allegations and hold those responsible accountable, the international community may intervene. He added that, in his view, time is running out and the law will ultimately take its course.
